Climate Control Vent Selector Problem (5th Gen)
I have a 1997 Prelude
The vent selector on the climate control unit (the buttons that select window, face, footwell) stopped working. The lights all work but pressing the buttons do nothing, the fan only blows through the vents for the windscreen and side vents.
Is there a fuse that controls the motor that changes where the fan blows? I can't find the appropriate fuse in the manual.
Thanks

Re: Climate Control Vent Selector Problem (SRSR)
It is not a problem about fuse...
The solderings inside selector have broken. There is a big plug with many wires going to the unit (in 4 gen it is located over the radio). If you move the harness it begins to work for the moment.
Solution: remove the climate unit, disassemble, resolder pins (you will see the plug is having a freeplay), reassemble and test.
Write if it helped.
