Can someone do me a huge favor, please!
So I have a 94 Honda prelude si, with 40,000 miles. Last night I was checking my oil and everything turned out great but when I started my car, and for some reason I open up my oil cap ( with the prelude running) and I felt a lot of air coming out of where younput the oil. I checked my PVC valve and that is working perfectly. So I am kinda stumped. My favor to ask is if someone with a 4th generation prelude or any prelude could do the same as I did and just open their oil cap with their prelude on and running to see if all preludes are windy ing the top part of the engine or if I am experiencing some " blow by." and if anyone has any suggestions.

I did this once, a long long time ago, yes I also felt blow back.
This is why the PCV valve exists, its to take that air w/ fuel and recycle it (although with oil - search catch can)
Supposedly when the vehicle is revving the blow back shouldn't exist. But don't sweat, it's normal... now go finish cleaning the oil splatter from your engine bay
