Anybody have a firing order schematic?
Could somebody please help me out with the firing order for a 97 Prelude? If I'm looking at the engine, the order from left to right cylinders is 1-2-3-4 right? Does the coil pack have the cylinder numbers on it? I'm asking this because my car is sitting in the auto parts store parking lot right now and I bought it less than 12 hours ago. So I don't know a whole lot about it yet. It was running perfectly 2 days ago. It cranks and almost starts, but then just dies. Any help would be appreciated. I ordered a repair manual yesterday and I'm gonna go pick it up after I get out of work today. Thanks

i don't understand why you need to know the firing order if your just thinking about changing spark plugs. but thats probably not your problem cause your plugs should at least last 50,000 under normal operating conditions. be more specific in how your car will start up and die

Standing at the front of the car, looking into the engine bay. From Right to Left 1,2,3,4. On the cap its a little harder to explain.
