alternator & bracket question
i am using an accord alternator with a h23 bracket on a h23a1 . and my ac/alternator belt is slipping bad . i dont have any of the adjustment bolts or pieces with the bracket, so it is just tightened down by the alternator mounting bolt and nut . but before i buy the bolts and pieces from honda, i wanted to know if anyone knew if the accord and prelude alternator is the same ?

Re: alternator & bracket question (BB4vTak)
yeah i tried that with a friend but it is still slipping . so i need to buy the adjusment bolt and pieces to see if it would tighten it better . but i dont know if it will work with the accord alternator . it doesnt only slip when i start the car, but it also slips when i step down on the clutch and also when i am turning . so does anyone know ? i never had this problem before with other belts, but could it also be because its a new belt ?
