Default Adjusting clutch?

Coming from a previousl h23 .. it seems like this new h22 clutch..you have to let the clutch way out to get it to disengage although.. i may be exaggerating but it diffinately is not to my desired spot.. is there away to adjust this or would i have to buy a performance type clutch.. or does it mean my clutch is going out.

i had a complete swap done h22a and tranny and clutch just for preliminary information.

the master cylinder can be adjusted from under the dash by the clutch pedal.
