Default H23 to a H22

What is needed? The H22 is a obd2 while the H23 is OBD1 so what will this consist of?

Well what is the harness? The engine harness, or the harness inside of the car?

well he can swap in a whole obd2 engine and use that harness to switch it to obd1, i'm sure this has been covered before

i mean the 96 prelude was 0bd2, he could just copy that setup (although that ecu is very rare) if you swap everything over its not too bad
