Default How do you sleep the headlights of a 91 Prelude?

I like how it looks, any information on how to do it? I've looked at the FAQs

Just put something there to stop them from closing all the way....not too hard.

just pull the fuse for the headights...do it when the car is off and crank them manually to where you want them...its a pain in the *** to keep putting the fuse in just to drive at night so like hawk said, i guess you can try jamming somethin in there to stop them from closing
