95 Prelude SE USDM

This is an incredibly weird issue, but I hope there's someone who's faced the same and found the problem correctly.

After Driving for 10-20 minutes, the "brake" light (dash, not the brake bulb light) doesn't work anymore - When pulling up on the parking brake, nothing, when pulling off the brake reservoir cap and letting the sensor down, nothing), then the ABS light kicks in after 30 seconds of driving.

Issue is ABS code 21 - Parking Brake On / Brake Fluid Low

I've tested the following and still am stuck

The Parking Brake Switch - Tested and Operates Correctly - Provides Ground
Brake Fluid Cap Sensor - Tested and Operates Correctly - Provides Ground
The "BRAKE" light on the Dash - Tested / Good Bulb (not the mention that it works perfect when the car is cold)
12v supply to cluster (good, cause ABS light gets power from same pin on the cluster, so power must be getting there, cause the ABS light comes on, just not the brake light)

For the life of me, I can't figure out why it'd work cold, and when the car heats up, it's out...

The wiring diagram shows power to the cluster (Yellow), then through the bulb, then GRN/RED down and Split to both sensors (brake cap/parking brake (Ground), with the GRN/RED to the ABS system, which must detect polarity and shows a code when it loses 12v+ when the sensors ground out and the car is moving for 30 seconds.

Any ideas where the problem could be? I'm getting stuck
