Default 93 h22

I have a 93 prelude that I swapped a h22 into. Last week my PCV hose began to suck shut. It is causing my idle to be 2300-3000. I double checked all of my vacuum lines and made sure I have no leaks. I replaced the PCV valve itself. I can not figure out why it is doing this. Has anyone ever experienced this before and knows how to fix it?

Thanks,
PABB4

change the hose as well, it maybe be getting old a weak. Make sure to use something somewhat thick and strong so the vacuum doesn't just suck it close
