Re: 1995 prelude SRS
i have tried to check the codes as per the manual (paperclip) but the light stays on steady. i also talked to the dealer today and theyhave no explanation why the light would stay on steady.
i wonder if the SRS computor would require to be reflashed or can it be read when removed from the car using an OBD 1 reader.
any thoughts

Re: 1995 prelude SRS
Hi asianpoet
i have had the car since brand new, so i know it extremely well.
what happened was the drain for the a/c was plugged and water built up in the heater area. i turned a corner and out came the water (pretty cold) but it came out right in the middle of the of heater box just off to the side of where the srs computor is. about a week later the srs light came on and i have not been able to reset since.
