Default Is this weird?

this happened a few weeks ago when we went to bike night in Monterey. I thought nothing of it until one of my coworkers were talking about how weird it was.

One of the people we went with was one of my coworkers and he took a passenger with him which I did not know at the time was actually his younger sister. All the people I ride with have said that going for a ride with your sister is weird and they would not willingly give their sister a ride unless there were some extraneous circumstances. They believe that being that close to your own sister and having her hold on to you is odd.

I personally dont think there is anything wrong or weird at all with riding with ones own sister(I do have to make it clear that I dont have a sister). If you have a sister thats really cool (which she was BTW) and she want to go for a ride there is nothing wrong with it. I believe that they are just sexualizing the situation when it should not be.

do you guys think that riding with your sister or any member of the opposite sex thats family is weird?

I don't have a sister but I would definitely take some of my friends' sisters for a ride ...

think some of your buddies may be attracted to their sisters and that is why they are uncomfortable with it.....which is an even deeper issue. lol

these are dudes who are unable to have a relationship with a woman without trying to get in their pants I dont even think they care if they are related to them or not.

LOL, I asked one of by buddies the same question and he said he would do it (she bought him the bike for his 16th b-day) but he would be really uncomfortable with the whole situation and look for a way out.

She rides dirtbikes but likes bikes of all types. She would have gone regardless but since he was going as well they just went together. But when they have nothing to do there are times that they just go for rides.

I was in Vegas when I saw the coolest thing ever. Guy had a cruiser with a sidecar. He put his bulldog in the sidecar with motorcycle goggles and a bandana. Dog had his head up, tongue out, smiling the whole ride.

my sister doesn't make me feel funny 'down there', so i wouldn't really care if she wanted to be a passenger on my bike

I'd take my sister around on my bike, that is when I am confident/experienced/able enough to ride with passengers and if she wanted to. She's my sister, we hug and stuff... its not weird...

I fail to see how it would be an issue? My guess is that the people who have issues with it do not have a healthy relationship with their own sister. I don't have a sister, but I am very close with my female cousin and have taken her for rides on a number of occasions. There is nothing sexual, or wrong with it in my eyes.

^^I would have questioned that statement if you were from the south.

I'd let all your guys' sisters ride with me.............and on me

I wouldn't cause I tend to look at the passangers rear end often when some1 is riding a chick.

And I don't want any of my buddies lookin at my sisters ***, if I had one

I don't thinks its weird at all. My sister and I still bathe together once in a while for old times sake. We sleep together from time to time too. I guess we're just closer than most.

How about a male riding on the back and a hot female driving? Guess what the guy gets to hold?
