Not my favorite pic, but the last one of when it was running correctly. 1985 Shadow vt700. parts from a sportster fitted to the bike, along with a bunch of one of parts i made for the bike (forward controls, fender rack, etc..)

This was how my bike looked. I got rear ended on the highway while I was traveling 70mph. The guy was going like 85mph in his VW Passat and nailed me square in the back.

I flew up in the air, slammed down and landed, recovered, chased him for a few seconds because he wasn't stopping, then I pulled over and got off.

And this is after I got rear ended on the freeway.

All I got from it was a scratched and bruised shin because I flew backwards and kicked the engine, and then also bruised ribs from absorbing the shock I suppose.

My exhaust flew off when I was rear ended so that's why it's missing in this picture. Crazy miraculous experience, God has blessed me.

The three ugliest bikes on ht.

Dug the bobber out of storage because it's getting cold outside and that's what I usually ride in the rain/snow. Gotta pay for one more month storage unit fee cause I lost the key to my other R6 and I guess I gotta pull the lock cylinder to have a key made.

I got the drag bars already and only one company makes an aftermarket tank for these things, but it's $800, so I said fuuuuuck that.

I'm not skilled enough to make my own tank, so that's out of the question.

Out with the old, in with the new. I like these bars a lot, I had to add springs to the bottom of the seat though because I couldn't press the brake pedal with my foot and it was too difficult shifting gears. I hate those springs, they're ugly, but I need them.

pic on the volusia from oct 11. excuse me squinting, the glare off the neighbor's garage was really bad. i essentially ruined this picture lol. and the battery was dead so in my tux and slippery freaking tux shoes, i had to turn around the bike and push it back up the hill into my garage

Thanks, I added stainless steel lines brake lines and clutch cable, BMC race filter, new ceramic brakes, Michelin pilot2s, grips and new rear tire hugger.

Picked it up new last April - 2012 MY in the best Colour scheme made that year. All the other colours are beige.
