Dual sport conversion in VA???
Does anybody know if Virginia allows off-road bikes to be converted to street use? SOmebody offered to trade an XR650R for my old RX-7 and I'd consider it if I can put the bike on the road. The DMV site lists whats required on a bike (turn signals, etc), but doesn't actually address titling an offroad bike.
