When does vtec engage?

Can't see it in there LOL. On the earlier models it was right out in front.

This is my Jazz and if you look where the extreme right hand bottom of the silver engine cover is pointing downward just to the right of the black intake manifold you can see it. It is the silver part that looks like an old 35mm film canister just above the silver hose clamp on the hose leading to the catch can.

The GE has it in the same area.

Great description! Looks like that gray thing to the right of the intake runner that is the furthest to the right. Gotcha!

BTW: That is a beautiful engine bay. Unlike mine now that has duct tape in one small area. Haha!

Forgot, on the GD and GE the wire you are looking to tap into is light green with a yellow stripe.

If you have an ECM pin out it's the same wire light green with yellow stripe. You can do it at the ECM if it is easier. Don't forget the vehicle needs to be moving you can't sit still and rev it, it will not engage.
