Is there a way to reset the steering/trans/ignition lock?

I have a 2007 (Base) and the following symptoms:

steering won't lock
shifter locked in "park"
key can not be removed
dash lights work but ignition does not
brake lights work

When I d/c and then connect battery, I get a one time chance to remove key and lock steering wheel until I replace the key in the ignition and the ignition locks and steering wheel does not lock.

I can only unlock trans shifter manually.

Any ideas?
