P 1457 1998 CRV
Hi there!
Newbie here.
Have a friend in Cali (700 miles from me here in Utah) with a 1998 CRV that has a p1457 code. Previously had a p1456 code which was repaired with a new purge control valve and solenoid.
I saw a bulletin saying pcm may be ruined and another post that says pcms never get damaged...
Is it likely that the canister needs replaced?
Any help would be appreciated
