The right way would be to order Ingalls upper control arms.

The sketchy way is to trim the UCA on the outside edge along the upper ball joint. This obviously removes material holding the upper ball joint in place. Not a good idea in my book.

You can hammer the pinch weld some but you will still have to do something with the UCA. Push you UCA up to the pinch weld and you will see what I mean... it overhangs quite a bit. You have to cut more out or hammer it quite a bit. I personally just buy the Ingalls... Here are a few threads for reference below:

Mine got stuck after a pretty bad dip on the highway at about 75... Needless to say i was halfway to my destination on a 6 hour drive, had no tools and cut some pretty nasty grooves in my tires..i ended up beating the **** out of that pinch weld.

Just get the ingalls.
You don't want a compromised suspension, especially at highway speeds.

hammer the **** out of it, where the UCA hits...trim the second skin where it would get stuck....dont trim your UCA.... if the ingals camber kit comes with a shorter UCA it might work..... still...i would hammer the **** out it

No... that is the whole purpose of the Ingalls kit. Mine clears just fine, but I guess results may vary depending on the amount of drop.
