Default Low voltage (P0122) on Throttle Body Sensor

2003 Element had VERY slight accident, since then I have a P0122 code. Checked wiring for problems, could not find any damaged or problem wires. Ground wire is fine, Yellow wire (power) is good at 5.0V, but signal wire is about .1V constant, where is should be .5V - 4.5V depending on throttle position. Cannot figure it out, any help would be appreciated greatly.

I realize that accident could have cause an issue with the wires, but it was so slight but radiator damage, wondering where the signal wire comes from and where it gets its voltage?

thanks again

I don't have an Element manual handy but I do have my 2nd gen CRV manual handy.

Wire colors may not match, or you may get lucky...
