Low fuel light

Low fuel light
On my 2001 CR-V I checked the bulb on my low fuel light because it is not working anymore and it was in good condition. If it's not the bulb what would be the next thing to check?
Edit: I almost ran out of gas once, not sure if that messed with the calibration.
Update: Sounds like a similar problem that I have and how can I test the low fuel indicator thermistor because it seems like this is the problem?

DO IT ON ALL FOURS
Re: Low fuel light
Here is the procedure out of the FSM. Honestly, I will never understand people that run their fuel tanks that low. It is bad for the fuel pump as it shortens the life and also sucks up sediment as well. It also allows the fuel tank inside to be exposed for longer periods of time leading to rust. In addition, if you ever had an emergency and just so happened to have be waiting for your light to come on, you are screwed. No lower than 1/4 tank is the minimal rule of thumb to go by to avoid all these problems especially in a Honda (fuel pumps are typically sideways.

GRRRR!!! Sorry about the pictures being upside-down. I tried fixing them multiple times and retaking the pictures but good ole' HT is still putting them flipped. You will just have to save them and rotate them yourself.
