Icon2 Help please! P1336 code, CKF sensor or ECM?

I'm having a problem with my '00 CRV AWD manual transmission. I'm getting a CEL code p1336 (CKF signal intermittent) that will return anywhere between a few seconds and a few minutes of driving, after the ecm is cleared.

I followed the troubleshooting flowchart in the FSM, but because the code doesn't instantly return I don't know if the rest of the steps apply. The FSM says if the code doesn't return when the engine is started that the system is ok because it's just an intermittent failure...but that isn't fixing my problem obviously.

The CKF (crank position sensor?) sensor tests good at 2.25 kΩ, there is no continuity between the sensor wires (unplugged) to ground (normal), and the sensor wires at the ECM (C22/C31) also show 2.25kΩ (normal). There is no continuity between the sensor return wire (C22 Blue/Red) and ground, which is normal. The flowchart says to replace the ECM with a known good one at this point to see if the code goes away...but my code is intermittent.

Any advice is appreciated!

Never mind, I've figured it out. It's the crank sensor.
