Default Drivers side "low" beam headlight out.

So the Drivers side(L) headlight is out, but if I take the relay/fuse for the passenger(R) high beam out the low beam comes on very dimly. Any Idea why this would suddenly happen? I checked everything with a power lamp.

Any help would be appreciated as I have a fix it ticket due on Monday.

Which car are you talking about?
Gen 1 crv uses the same bulb for high and low beams so this would not apply.
Any issues with the alternator? Try playing with the wiring - see if anything is damaged?
