reviving this thread from the dead.
I noticed most of the crv's posted in here is lowered, anybody else still on stock height and switch with 16" or 17" rims? was looking into getting rims for my 1st gen. and was wondering how a 215/65/16 or 215/225/55/17 would look with a stock height.

Re: CRVs wheel galore
Too much going on here. Has an OEM roof rack/cross bars and also a Yakima/Thule rack with bike trays. Pick one please, not 2.
Then a mismatched spare that has a directional tire on it so it should only be mounted on the right side.

Re: CRVs wheel galore
Anyone ever seen 05-07 BBS STI wheels on a 2012+ CRV? I'm thinking they should fit and sometimes they come up for decent prices. Could be a good option for my gf's CRV once her tires are worn out.

Re: CRVs wheel galore
Cant start making threads just yet so im hoping i can ask here and get some answers. Im about to buy some ar172 baja 15x10s -43 offset for my crv.. Have lift kits already. Will be lifted 2incges higher. Have some pretty stiff coils as is so i should be good. I just honestly have yet to see anyone post that they have a crv with 43 or close on the negative.. Im getting these rims because i love the way they look and thats kinda the look im going for. Want rims with deep lip. Any help will be deeply appreciated..

Re: CRVs wheel galore
Trying to revive this awesome thread. I'm a crv noob and just recently purchased a starform d type with 17 x 8 x 9 and +5 + 17 specs. Problem is when i test fitted the front, rims arw stickin out for about 1-2 inch. My supension is dropped to a 2 fingers gap, using an EK shocks and chopped stock springs (went budget on the springs), how can i tucked them in? Not really that knowlegble with offsets and camber, so hope guys with similar specs can help me.

Re: CRVs wheel galore
For 2nd gen(05 here) without a lift, what's wheels/tire specs for slight poke/flush and no rubbing? 16x7+? 16x8+?m
225/70/16 have rubbing issues on stock wheels/sus?

Re: CRVs wheel galore
Hey all,
I am looking to lower my 99 crv. I'm still deciding on coilovers but am planning on front and rear truhart camber kits to help fitment. I am looking for a modest drop as this will be a daily. I also am trying to get a flush setup but don't really like excessive negative camber. Looking at rota slips 17x8.5 +35 with 215/45–225/45 but unsure if this will rub. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Attached is a photoshop mockup of my plan. Thanks in advance.

Re: CRVs wheel galore
I just got a 2002 CR-V. It needs tires, and I want to change the size (they are currently 205/70R15) because the 15" wheels and this size tires make the thing look like a golf cart!
What was offered from the factory? Both 15" and 16" wheels? If I change wheels I will likely stick with OEM.

I know this is a long shot because this thread is super old but, did you have to use any kind of spacer or anything to get the sti wheels to work with the crv center bore? I’ve been a Subaru guy for a long time so I just happen to have a set of sti wheels in storage. Just got a 2001 crv last month and would like to put them on but storage is kind of far so I wanted to check first. Thanks!
