Default Can I re-use the pressure sensor from a damaged rim on a new rim?

I went over a pretty good pothole in my 2007 CRV and damaged my rim. (Welcome to Michigan!). The car is drivable but vibrates a bit at highway speeds and I'm inclined to replace it with an aftermarket rim. Can I simply remove the TPMS sensor from the damaged OEM rim and put it in the new rim?

Definitely, you can reuse the TPMS sensor if it wasn't damaged.

Although not always done, it is recommended to use a new valve grommet and washer though.
