2004 Honda CRV washer fluid tank
My 2004 Honda CRV has window washer fluid leaking. Can someone detail how to remove the washer fluid tank on this vehicle? Thanks, Jim

Hey Jim,
You'll need to take the front bumper off. From there, you should be able to unbolt it and wiggle it out. Funny how they are designed, the fill port is nowhere close to the tank itself.

2004 shouldn't require removal of front bumper.
1. Remove the one bolt that holds the filler neck portion of the washer reservoir, then separate and slide the filler neck portion off the reservoir.
2. Remove the left inner fender.
3. Disconnect the 2P connectors and washer tubes.
4. Remove the one bolt that hold the reservoir, then slide the reservoir off a bracket and out.

My bad. tech8 is correct. You only need to remove the left inner fender. I thought I remember seeing somewhere that the bumper had to come off. Maybe a different CR-V?

Thanks for the direction, tech8. I really appreciate it. I will get some of the new plastic screw/anchors to hold the inner fender in when I go back to reinstall. It was very nice of you to respond and point out. Thanks, Jim
