Judge Owens

Hey everybody! Recently picked up an 03 CRV EX 5spd 4wd. When I bought it the owner told me a/c didn't work, I did not ask too many question because I got it for a screaming deal. Anyway! I get it home and inspect. I see a shiny new a/c compressor. So I hooked up my gauges and tried to test everything. The compressor kicks on, the car bumps idle just like a/c does. I am reading 40 low side 180psi high side. So it seems like everything is working. But no cold air blows. Also, no HOT air blows. I see the blend door under dash moving when I switch the climate control **** from one side to the other but no change in air.
Here are some observations...I tested vent air with a thermometer..

-At A/c off and max cold air I get 84 degrees
-At a/c on and max cold air I get 76 degree
-At a/c off and max heat I get 89 degree.
(it is approximately 85 today)

It looks like they are both trying to work, any idea what do I need to look for here?
