2003 CR-V Downstream O2 Sensor Vehicle-Side Wiring
I just bought my 03 CR-V and was getting a P1116 code. When I got underneath it was easy to see why!! Apparently, a previous owner had done some bad shade-tree mechanics. My A/F sensor had a busted connector held in place by camouflage tape!!
I replaced the sensor with Denso 234-9005 complete with new connector that fit perfectly, but when I reconnected the battery and started her up I got the CEL again. I had the code read and am now getting P0141, which I am presuming is the downstream O2 sensor.
HERE'S THE BIG PROBLEM: a previous owner CUT OFF the connector plugs on the DOWNSTREAM sensor and on the vehicle itself! When I opened up the camo tape on that one I had nothing but loose wires! NOW, I have no idea what connects to where!!
THE SENSOR WIRES ARE: black, gray, white, white.
THE VEHICLE WIRES ARE: Red w/ Blue stripe, Black w/ white stripe, White w/ green stripe, and Green w/ yellow stripe!
I am in trouble! Can anybody help?

Thanks so much, tech8! I wired it up just as you indicated, reconnected the negative battery terminal, started my CR-V and VOILA - no more CEL!!! Problem solved! Thanks for being so thorough!!
