2013 CR-V Shudder issue
I've read the posts in response to this issue but I have a different question.
If I do nothing to eliminate shudder, what will happen to transmission: will it stop working or just have this minor shudder issue indefinitely?

Depends on why it is shuddering. If it is dirty fluid or low on fluid or the wrong fluid you could be looking at catastrophic failure.
If it is the torque converter lock up clutch it will just be annoying.
