What ecu are you using? Might just be a tire size issue, most dohc vtecs come in cars with smaller wheels than V's. I'm probably wrong

Im using stock ecu right now.... When i had the stock cluster , I was at 4k rpm going 80mph.... After I switch to si cluster, im at 3100-3200 at 80mph... The rpm is accurate but definitely not the speed....

really weird, the only things I can think of to effect the correlation between rpm/speed would be tire size, gear ratio, speed senor(?). Hope you figure it out, even though its not a big deal, i can see how it could get annoying if your ocd like me.

Tell me about it!! I think the cluster was messed with before ...I bought it without the front plastic cover and broken gas needle for cheaP.. haha no wonder...

actually most honda tachs are off by 2-300rpm and speedos are off by 3-5mph
i have a silver EX that i just build a high comp b20v using a gsr head and i too am riding on h&r springs but with tokico blues instead. rides good for rolling on 18s with 40series tires. wish i could go lower
good build so far man

When I had my stock cluster my speed is only 1-2 mph off from my gps (same wheels) .. After I swap to a different cluster , it's off by 10 mph..... I know it's the cluster that is off... : p

Re: 01 crv 5 speed project for 2013(((boosted))))
i have an 01that im planning a similiar build on in the spring....have been collecting my parts all year. my concern is the tranny/ transfer case.....whats the durability of the units? i have heard **** poor....but may have been mis-informed. it is an auto...and will remain an auto( its my dd/kid toter/grocery getter) plus my hatch is a stick....so im good with that.....thanks for any input you might have...
sweet build too by the way.....definitely gonna surprise a few people....
