lol. Google is your friend.

With close-to-stock size you won't have to do anything, especially with the stock wheels.
I'm sure 225/70/15's will be fine. It will be over an inch taller than stock, but should not be an issue.
The tab we are talking about is in the rear wheel well toward the front top of the car. You cannot miss it. Take a hammer and flatten it. No one knows wtf it's for.

Since I'm getting these tires for free I will try them out & Just hope I didn't pay to swap them for nothing?
These tires are almost new, Not A/T or M/T's but for free I figure try them out & if they fit well, Thats the size i'll use when it time to get more aggressive.

Thank you. The body moulding, window trim, bumbper covers, and the center caps on the rims had all faded to a dull gray. So I removed them and painted them black with a spray on bed liner. I found touch up paint that was close to the same red and painted the H logo on the center caps. It's time for new tires. I'm considering how I want to lift it and possibly go with 235-75-15 ATs. I still want to keep the OEM rims though.

Coilover sleeves and qa1 springs. I followed the setup that has been going around the lift discussions lately. New Monroe shocks and it rides stiff but solid.

Re: *Official H/T OFFROAD/LIFTED CR-V thread!*
I know Colorado Mountain Rally makes a 2" lift all around with another 1/2" to correct rear sag, but I have reservations since I have seen several posts from people saying that set up was placing too much stress on the suspension. I would like to use my original struts. They seem to still be in good condition, however they do have 220,000 miles on them. So, if I can't find customized 1" front and 2" rear spacers, and if I need to replace my struts, then I am considering another scenario.
Now please forgive me for the ignorant question, but I am not very familiar with height adjustable coilovers and am trying to learn from all of you. I assume they are only for lowering a vehicle, not to increase stock height? So, I'm considering and asking for member feedback on this set up: using the 2" spacers, replacing the OEM struts with height adjustable coilovers, and lowering them to create the 1" lift in the front and 2" in the back. I could then increase/decrease the ride height in small increments to test the stress on the suspension and test the best quality ride. Keep in mind that I would like to go up to 235-75-15 ATs on this set up from the 225-75-15s I run now.
Does this seem plausible or am I totally off base. Your guidance and advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, I've seen the K Sport Pros for around $900.00 and Yonaka's for around $600.00. I am going to look at Bilstein and others as well. Do any of you have any recommendations on coilovers?

I also tried contacting ap1jnky to purchase a set of spacers, but no luck. I would be interested in purchasing a set if anyone else customizes them. After a lot of researching, I am ready to start on my lift and would like to use 1" spacers in front and 2" in back on my stock suspension.

Does that include the extra 1/2" correction for rear sag?

So, it would be in my best interest to replace the struts as well when I install the spacers? I've learned a lot from your posts and admire your CRV. What are your thoughts on using the spacers with the height adjustable coilovers to adjust the lift for ride quality. This is a daily driver.

if the struts are the original ones, it only makes sense to replace them while you have everything out. costs a little bit initially but tearing apart the front and and reinstalling everything can be a pain in the *** sometimes with the spacers in so just kill 2 birds with 1 stone. moog sells OE style replacement coil springs for the rear. as for running the adjuster with the spacers i would say no. go one way or the other. i heard that QA1 discontinued one of the springs that people are using for the coil sleeve lift. mine is a daily also and i don't mind the ride from the spacer/factory spring rate ride
Thank you for your advice and input. I was basing my thoughts and questions off of the set up ap1jnky installed with the K Sport Pro coilovers with added spacers (in the rear I believe).

oh ok. ya his setup is different from the coilover sleeve lift that i'm talking about. his was complete coilovers with spacers which is basically like the CMR spacers setup. there are people using coilover sleeves from an accord and installing universal springs on the factory struts to achieve the additional lift

So, I should be able to use CMR spacers with ride height adjustable coilovers to adjust (ie. lower) the height if too much stress is being put on the rest of the suspension or to better the ride quality? Do you see anything problematic with that set up? Sorry for all the questions. Just trying to learn.

Re: *Official H/T OFFROAD/LIFTED CR-V thread!*
My factory shocks were in rough shape which is why I replaced them. I bought new kyb top hats and the bushing kit so I did not have to disassemble the old set up which I have all too much experience doing and rather avoid.
My other v has the CMR spacer in the back. I'd probably have done the spacers on this one if they were in stock and I didn't need to replace shocks.
