having a problem with my driver side wiper.
replaces the bushings on the wiper linkage, but for some reason the wiper SLIDES off my windshield at around 30 mph. i have tried adjusting it, but it keeps happeneing.

is it the teeth on the assembly that you bolt it too??

need some help please and thank you.

wiper goes too far off the windshield? try removing it the repositoning the arm. orr are you saying that driving the car and by wind the arm moves across the windshield?

it has just glided off in the past, but i used the CRX wiper assembly, the part where you bolt the wiper onto, and when used with rain , and speed it slides farther than it should when in use. it is messing up my paint. i dont know if the teeth on the wiper arm itself is worn, or if it is the teeth on the actuator.

can you move that wiper arm by hand? independently from the other arm? check either the nut on the top or like you say the splines on the gear or the arm itself. somethins not tight enough

i tighten them down, adjust the arm down and it still moves past the original stopping point.

let me put it this way, i had to rock a monowiper for 4 months until i had time to swap everything out.

i actually think it may be the arm itself with the worn splines.
