What kind of ECU for D15B2
Ok my brother has an 89 DX hatch and he put a D15B2 engine in it with a 5spd MT. Hes running a PM9 ecu but its running like crap. After some research I think he needs the PM5 but im not 100% sure. Also im not sure what the last digits of the ECU need to be (I think theres a difference between AT and MT). Anyone out there got some suggestions?? Thanks

PM9 is pretty much the same thing as the PM5....
4 seep STD vs. 5 speed DX model...
the last three letter/# on the ECU tells you if they are auto or manual transmission....
example my PR4-A02 is manual if the last 2 # is 2 or below. Automatic transmission usually have higher # like a 5
