The best ecu would be the ZC ecu with the speed limiter removed. The more common "best" ecu would be the 88-89 integra ecu. It runs a bit rich but the zc does run pretty well with it.

I've never had problems with it running rich. It's worth the money. With some decent mods, I think its almost better than the ZC ECU because of the extra fuel.
