sounds like you arent the first owner of your car, and someone put in a stereo or something before you.

on the positive side you should have one wire to the alternator and one to the starter. attach those to the positive wire coming from the back with a distribution block.

fuse the + wire coming from the battery within a foot of the battery. 100A.

ground in the rear within a foot of the battery. get rid of the ground wire up front.

If you drive a sedan I'm pretty sure those wires are for the power seatbelts.

check it out, i bought my car from an old lady, one owner clean *** 91 civic ex. no system in the car.

the two wires coming from that fuse holder attached to the + terminal - it is factory. one of my other ef's had this too, i just never relocated the battery.

line i am holding is the two wires in the loom going into the rest of my harness.

+ to fuse box

to starter

if i removed the wire from the starter, and removed the + wire from the fuse box - i would still be connected to the engine harness by those two wires in the first two pics..

what do they do and what do i do with them??

hope this clears up the previous confusion...

Somebody already said it. Those are for your auto-assist seatbelts. "Passive" seatbelts I believe is what Honda called it.

Why not just relocate them? What are you going to do for your seatbelts?
