Re: what is the correct valve clearance for a b15?
found this so i'm pretty sure i'm correct
According to my Helms factory service manual (1991), the dx and Si have the same clearances.
Intake: 0.17 - 0.22 mm (0.007 - 0.009 in.)
Exhaust: 0.22 - 0.27 mm (0.009 - 0.011 in.)
is picking the middle number best?

That is what I do, make sure your engine is absolutely cold when you adjust. When you say D15B are you referring to a D15B VTEC? Or run of the mill DX/LX?
