Default d15z1 / d16z6 mini me timing belt issue

I aquired a d15z1 w/ a messed up head ( valves were stuck open ) so I did the mini me head swap with a d16z6 head that i have had from other setups. Well I put the head on, went to put the d16z6 timing belt on, and it was crazy loose. like it just slipped on and off without any effort.

Next, i went back to my stock d15z1 timing belt, (which , btw was loose with the z1 head on) and it was about as loose as what it was w/ the z6 head on)

So my question, d15z1 block, d16z6 head....who has ran one, and what timing belt did you use? I'm assuming my d15z1 belt was just stretched out or something else and have already ordered a new z1 which will be here tomorrow, but I'd like to know if anyone has done this...
