Default Tilted windows.

I can't close my window totally because its tilted. I look in the manual, it says I need to fix it at the adjuster. I can't find where the adjuster. From the picture it looks like the adjuster is at where the nylon roller is. But the nylon roller is riveted no bolted. Can anybody show me the picture of adjuster not the drawing.

Thanks

you either have to adjust the window rails or your window could possibly have a broken tab...if the tab is broke from the window u need a new window...if its the glue just reglue it...but what year is your vehicle?

if anybody can elaborate a little more on this i would apreciate it as the manuals suck and its a pain to work on the window with such little room to see what the problem is. the one handed roll and hold trick is getting old.

ok, you guys definetly need new window regulators. not to costly but the ones your describing have to much play in the track that they slide up in and thats why they tilt. so time for some new ones. GL

Yeah I had this problem when I first got my CRX, eventually the window jumped the track and I had to take the door apart and go in and put the window assembly back together.

Take the CRX door cover off, get to the window assembly. I am not sure what is wrong with yours, but in mine one of the bolts holding the window against the assembly had come out and the assembly was coming apart. Maybe try adjusting the window in the assembly. Once you get to the window assembly, you will see where the window is held into it. Like NFrap said though, the tabs still have to be on the window and intact.

Is the part #12 part #72250-SH4-003 the whole regulator unit. My roller has some play in the rail. Maybe I need to get those. From my research it seems that all year civic has problems with the regulator if you dont lubricate the tracks and channel with silicone spray every 7500 miles.
