Default is there supposed to be continuity in C2?

iv got a code 9 , the dizzy has no continuity but the ecu side of the wire does but only c2 .. the trouble shooting thing says to check c1 but not c2 is this because c2 is supposed to have continuity??

i dont know how you'r checking it but they are suppose to have continuity with each other...if your checking continuity on each individual wire they are obvioulsy suppose to too..

you sure you're checking it right?
