a short, bad flasher, something's unplugged, all the bulbs are burned out, lots of things i guess. what exactly are you experiencing? are they just plain not working or are they staying on solid or are fuses blowing? we need more info

Check your switch. Measure voltage and resistance accross the switch. If all turn signals are not working that is where i would start after fuses.

Grounds would be a good idea to but highly unlikely all failed at once.

Check your actual turn signal switch. Ill post up some wiring diagrams for you tommarrow and tell you where to look.

Its also possible to have the ICU give you problems like these if it goes bad. It is a white box on the rear of your under dash fuse panel.

If the hazard switch is unplugged, the turn signals will not work.

I noticed that you said you have added some side markers, if you did add those and wired it wrong it could cause the other blinkers not to work. to check that unplug the wiring to the side markers, then see if your blinkers work.

In the first diagram check you fuses measure resistance accross the fuse or just replace just to make sure.

Next pull your hazz switch out. Check for battery volatage at pin 7 on c715. It is the WHITE/GREEN wire. Use a sewing needle to back probe the connector but dont force it in their. You should have battery voltage.

Next on c715 back probe pin 6 YELLOW wire with the car in access II everything on. You should have battery voltage their also.

Now with the car still in acc II press the hazz switch so it is on and check pin 8 GREEN/WHITE wire you should have battery voltage their. If not Use the Hazz switch test in the picture bellow this.

Im going to skip the relay for now

Look at picture 2. Turn you key to acc II You will need to pull you steering colom apart to get to the connector at the turn signal switch. On the GREEN/RED wire going into the connector c416 make sure you have battery voltage their. Now turn the switch to indicate a left turn and check the GREEN/BLUE wire for battery voltage.
Do the same for the GREEN/YELLOW wire to check the right side indicator.

With the hazard switch off you should have continuity or .1-.2ohms between terminal F-H.

Now with the hazard switch on you should have continuity between terminals A-B-D, and G-H

Let me know what you find where and ill be able to give you more help
