hey i have done a couple d series swaps before but this guy wants me to swap his stock dpfi motor for another stock dpfi motor and it will all be plug and play, but he has AC and i have never swapped anything with ac getting in the way? is there anything all that different about swaping with the AC in the way or is it just a coup[le more lines and belts to work with? basically i am asking if i can swap a d series without ac, would it be reasonable to say i could swap one with ac without any probs? i dont want to commit to this guy without knowing you know? thanks guys.

I've done d-series swaps with A/C on EGs before. I just unbolt the compressor leaving the lines connected and tie it up out of the way. the EF probably has a somewhat tighter engine bay to work in, but you can still probably do the same.
