Mine does something similar at about 50% closed, it just hangs and i have to lift the rear of it and close it with the button at the same time. I've yet to figure out whats wrong exactly, but i think mine has a broken track

oh yeah i forgot to add that, i tried closing it manually and it gets stuck at that point when i used the wrench. its gunna rain soon HELP!!!!

The cable in the 4th pic is the problem, I ran into that cable before swapping sunroof panels. That cable belongs tucked under the plastic piece closest to the sunroof opening, other wise It will get snagged and not close smoothly.

that cable has been sticking out since i bought the car though! do you guys think maybe now its getting stuck. i dont know exactly where i should put it. the black plastic piece on the end looks broke off. can i cut that cable?
