Stuck accelerator 1990 Civic maual
Just all of a sudden at a read light the accelerator starts getting stuck all the time. It appear that the accelerator cable itself is fine. Is it that vacuum actuator right above the the throttle linkage?

Stuck Accelerator
1990 Civic manual.
Out of the blue its starts idling in the 3k range. Get out manually twist the accelerator linkage back and its fine. Will idle this way just fine till the next time the gas pedal is pressed. The accelerator cable itself appears move fine.
