That could be the JDM EF7 / ZC spoiler if it doesn't have the third brake light. The EF9 spoiler is longer than the stock one and has a long LED light for the third brake light.

Judging by the pics, I'd say it's definitely not the EF9 one but a EF7 / ZC one. Still JDM, but not what he claims it to be.
