Long story...so Ill just tell key parts. I bought a rex from some kid about and hour and a half away from me ( I wont give his name even though he kinda fucked me). Im driving it home and 10 minutes from the kids house the head gasket blows on the highway (toll road no less). My friend that drove me up there needed to get home so I said **** it, Ill bring the trailor and pick it up in the morning. I go to get it the next moring and the biotch IS GONE! I went to the nearest toll booth and they were about has helpfull as a genital wart. Told me the wrong towing company. So finally I left and ran into a FL Highway Patrol at Burger King. He looked it up for me and found the car but I needed the title to pick it up. I had to get to work so I couldnt get back over there that day. I couldnt get over to pick it up until the weekend but it was "only" $20 a day so whatever. Sat comes and I call and theyre closed on weekends. Nightmare. Go to pick it up Tuesday...total is $347 ...whatever, I just want to get it. Go back to put it on the trailor and the front bumber is sitting on the ground beside it . Im like WTF? They said "it was laying on the side of the road when the got there"....my ***, dicks had to have pulled it off. I cant do anything about that so now I just need to focus on getting it back on.

Heres where the help starts................ ALL of the holes in the bumper where the mounting harware goes are ripped off! Is there any kind of plastic repair I can use? Like a JB weld for plastic? Any ideas for a good fix?

Thanks in advance. Buying this car has started out as a nightmare . Gotta do a swap sooner than I wanted and already forked out over $400 more than I was suppose to pay for the car with gas/tolls/impound/motor/bumper..etc.
Hopefully it will still turn out ok.

shitty man. only thing you can do is take legal action against them. sounds like a matter for small claims court to decide.

All i can say is get the seller, and your friend whom picked you up as a witness to the car being "in one piece" . Then take as many pictures as you can of the damage and where the tow hooks are located. Then get writtin statements for creditable mechanics/tow truck operaters on how the car is pulled on to the truck, and where the damage occured . In small claims court you dont need a lawyer, just good damn evidence. TAKE THEM TO COURT, you have nothing the lose. I would suggest a settlement that would void your towing bill, but not to fix the damage, might be easier to get your money that way. Get those Bastards so people like you dont get screwed over again!
