Redline synthetic shockproof gear oil in tranny?
like the title says...is it okay to run this in the manual tranny on my crx?
have some quarts left over from my race car days, and I know people run regular motor oil or honda tranny oil...but would use the redline if it is okay as it is just sitting there.
thoughts?

Just use MTF, I have done metel on metel test with all kinds of oil and have found MFT to be better then most synthetic oil.. I would put it in the same field as Brad penn or schaeffer's oil.. royal Purple and ams and others just suck they plate up very quickly..
