hey guys... purchased a 91 standard model ef a few months back that the guy started a obd0 to obd1 conversion. he put a d15z1 in it. i got everything running but the rear trans mount bracket holes wont line up! do i need a different bracket? i called the dealer to get a new one thinking maybe it was bent or something but its discontiuned. any insight? a place to get one, anything aftermarket? custom fab? am i doing something wrong? help me out guys please! thanks in advance!

maybe it has the wrong driver's side bracket on the end of the block?

There are two sets of bolt holes in the rear subframe. Did you try both sets of holes?

No I haven't. So there are two sets of holes on the trans side as well? Because that has 3 holes. Im going to go out and try that and look for what your talking about.

Also do you guys think I have to unbolt the other three mounts for it fit? None are tight but the bolts are in, at least one of them

Honestly, no idea what mounts or trans you have so just guessing.

Engine doesn't matter.

Is it a hydro turns?
Auto to manual conversion?

Everything is stock. Whatever trans come with a d15z is what I have

I have a 91 EF std edition. From research I saw that it came with a 4 speed but don't know the truth behind that. Maybe the cause? Its slightly off where the bolt goes through the mount. How do you upload pics on hhere?
