Default Parasitic Draw involving + alternator term, underhood hazard fuse, radio and cigarett

I have a parasitic draw of 400ma that happens when the positive alternator terminal, hazard fuse under the hood, and radio/cigarette lighter fuse under the dash are plugged in. The same amount of draw happens when any one or all of those three are plugged in.

Does anybody know any components that involve all three of these circuits?

The radio is disconnected, ecu unplugged.

Car is a civic wagon rt4wd, obd1 conversion using rywire adapters (no chopped up harness)

do you have a car alarm? my money would be on that. what about a ridiculous stereo system? those are also notorious for drawing too much amperage when the car is off.

otherwise, your ignition switch might be shorting out, causing a parasitic draw. The only things that should be drawing anything with the car off is the dash clock and radio, which incidentally are on the circuit you are talking about. 400ma is way high for those things though.

Could be diodes in the alternator or possibly electronic door switch actuator if that car even has one? Good Luck...
