Nippondenso or Mitsuba starter???
How can I tell if my 1989 Civic Si 5-spd has a Nippondenso or a Mitsuba starter? Honda put two different starters on this year I believe.

Re: (ludesrv)
Hmmm....well, I bought a used OEM starter off ebay and the seller said it would fit a 88-91 Civic/CRX Si manual, but it didn't fit. It had a small clearance issue with the tranny housing. And when I did some research, it said there were two different brands for a 89 Civic Si. A Nippondenso and Mitsuba and I'm assuming the guy sent me the opposite of what I have.
I found a guy locally with a starter and he said its a Mitsuba one. Any ideas how I can tell the if my starter is a Mitsuba or Nippondenso one? The sticker that shows whether its a ND or Mitsuba is faded and unreadable.
