the sunroof switch in my ED7 got mangled, and it will only open now, and not close. anyone know where i can get a new sunroof switch?

no luck at local junkyards...i say "Honda?" and they just get a wierd look on their faces

im not going to delete my sunroof, i just need the switch that is to the left of the driver to open and close it

Carefully open the switch up and clean the contacts....

It'll work like new.

the terminals arent dirty...the guy that owned it before me opened it up to clean it and lost one of the little nubs in there. i wish it were that simple. we've tried ghetto riggin it, and its just too hard to replicate what honda did. i'm just going to buy a new switch

Check out this url. The sunroof switch is number 17, $32.06 plus shipping. The sunroof switch is under the Lighting Switch heading.

If you cant find one, the 89 integras with a s/r use the same switch. Go visit the boneyard im sure there are a few 1g tegs there.
