Default need help with obd1 conv. harness (rywire) need wiring experts (i searched)

ok, im trying to do an obd-1 conversion for my '90 dx (which for some reason came w/ an 88 si interior harness) the motor is a d16z6 and i do have the 4-wire o2sensor and for my ecu i have a p28.

my wiring has been hacked to pieces (i've had a few friends try to help me with the conversion, before i ended up going with a rywire harness) so heres the problems i have encountered so far:

for the jumper harness (made by a friend, but checked by rywire)

1) on the obd-1 side of the jumper pin d-4 (brown) has a loose wire...what is it for?

2) on the ecu harness (3 plugs in the car that go to the ecu) i have 3 wires that are cut, they are a-8( red w/black) b-5 (white w/yellow) and c-8 (yellow w/red) .....what are those wires for?

3) the extra plug on the ecu jumper harness (wired in by rywire) has 2 loose wire's, 1 white wire and 1 gray wire....what are they for?

4) coming from the engine harness, there is a plug to connect to the extra plug on the ecu jumper.... it has 2 wires that are loose, they are: 1 orange and 1 blue...what do they go to?

5) on my interior harness (by the engine bay fuse panel next to the "power" plugs) there are 5 wires that have been cut and had wires of different color added to them (for length?) this is how the wires go:

blue w/ white ------> red w/black
green w/black -----> yellow w/white
(two wires are ran together)

blue w/yellow -----> light blue
blue ------> brown
(two wires are ran together)

black ------> black w/yellow

what could these wires go to?

6) theres a 4-pin connector (in the same loom as my map sensor wires(also cut))

-blue
-black w/ yellow
-green
-black

where do these wires go?

7) also on my fuel injector clips dont seem to fit on the fuel injectors, do i have to use obd-1 clips for obd-1 injectors? (right now the clear/yellow clips wont go on any of my fuel injectors)

8) can the IAT wires be extended without causing resistance problems? (it looks like the plug was ran to fit an iat on the side on the intake manifold....my iat is on the back of the mani)

9) what is the purge valve on the back of the z6 mani? (it's black and looks like it needs 2-wires) where do i get these wires from (meaning what part of the harness?? i dont have any left over plugs on my conversion harness)

i have been searching but cant seem to find the answers, and i know ryan(from rywire) is on the road (to the so-cal meet) not sure if peter is?

so if anyone has ideas on how to get the car running...let me know...thanks

injector clips should work I have no idea why they wouldn't and stay with your obd 0 injectors....does it have the injector resistor box installed?

extending the wires to the IAT will not hurt it so go for it

I think you can just take that purge valve black thing off of the mani or just leave it unhooked it will not throw a code....as for the rest of your stuff your harness seemed as bout as hacked as mine I am tryin to figure out lol wish I could help

-a8= v-tec sol.
-b5= v-tec pressure switch
-c8= 2nd o2 sensor

but if you click on the 2nd link (from dr.disco) it shows a conversion diagram (for a jumper harness) and this is waht it says about the same wires:

-a8= lock sol. ----> xxxx
-b5= alt. ------>xxxx
-c8= egr vls ---->>>>
-D04 - SCS --> B20 - SCS

so which diagram should i go by???? and if anyone can help w/ the other ?'s please do.....i wanna drive my car

awwwwwww mmannnnn

this is making my head hurt all over again
Took me 3 months to wire mine up. I still remember some ****, so I will look at all my papers and give you a answer by tuesday

FYI start all oer again with the wiring. I just scimmed thru what you typed, but use ur original engine wiring harness

all you need is the conversion harness and the rest will be cake when I'm done
