Default need help engine surging and boggy when pedal pushed

Pleas read through the post before posting ive Gone through the Normal "wont start" Procedures

OK picked up a decent crx for $200 now im having trouble tring to get the thing running

Now the car is not completely stock i think someone did a halve *** mini me/obd0 to obd1 swap. Now im not even sure if they have completely finished or not. Now it has the stock SI block(d16a6) With a y8 head it has a obd1 dizzy(td42u i think it was) and a p28 ecu. it also had a hacked up POS obd0 to obd1 jumper harness.

I just picked up some new plugs and wires along with oil and filters. was going to give it a little nice tune up or i did actually. now when i was pulling the plug wire i noticed they were in wrong not sure of the order they were in but i know it was wrong. i put new ones in the right firing order. Tried to start the car and it just cranked over not starting. then i started the normal no start stuff checked the spark plugs for gas. smelt like gas. then checked for spark and it has spark. i was stumped.

started taking a look around the engine bay and seen a 1 wire o2 sensor on the headers that wasent plugged in... and i said i cant use a 1 wire with the p28. so i looked further down the exhaust and found a 4 wire o2 on the down pipe. also unplugged. so i got the one wire and plugged the down pipe hole with it and put the 4 wire on the headers. wired wires to the ecu(still trying to figure where in the hell they go (if any one knows the exact obd1 pins they go int that help ALOT). tried a few different ways to plug it in and start it didn't seem to change anything.

Next i seen the CEL was on so i ran the codes and got codes 6,7,10,3. i went to the junk yard grabbed me 3 or 4 throttle bodies and tried switching them out but nothing... checked the obd0 to obd1 harness and 3 or 4 pins were just broke off. so wired them in to the main harness and all CEL codes were gone but still no start.

now when i did have the firing order wrong and the car started the aicv was giving off a vibrating humming noise pretty loud. i pulled it and blew in the inlet part and i could hear the noise. so i cleaned the inlet a little and blew into it and it was gone so i was like O ok. put it back on then it started coming back.

Then i read some where that the firing order was like the pic below

Well when i set the firing order like that it started up!!!!!!! BUT the engine was surging all crazy back n forth and if i pushed the gas it would bog its way up the RPMS. so i looked again and the firing order is suppose to be like this

so i put the firing order back to the right place. and still not starting and still no CEL codes. so i said it has to be the timing belt is off so i checked it and it was dead on.... so the timing is good....now im totally stumped and i say it has to be that i wired the o2 sensor wrong it has to be. so i go through a couple wiring configurations and still nothing except i got a CEL code 41 witch i think is the o2 so i have no clue where to wire the o2.

After a while messing with the o2 sensor i tried to start it and the main relay starts rapidly clicking. now the check engine light is on. i pop the hood with the key on and i hear something rapidly clicking in the hood. its the iacv and if i unplug it it stops.... so now im completely lost now i cant even read the CEL codes ??? when i ground the CEL wire it dosent flash just stays solid...... even when i unplug the o2 completely it dose the same thing.

Well thats where im at now im fixing to cut this POS obd0 to obd1 wiring harness up and rewire EVERYTHING. any type of help will be appreciated GREATLY i really need this car up and running ASAP.

Thanks For taking your time and reading this...
